If the Bandage is applied leave it on. The  bandage is there to protect your new tattoo from airborne bacteria. leave the bandage on  for at least  2 hours.

Once the bandage is removed your should wash the area in lukewarm water with a mild, liquid antibacterial soap. Wash away any blood, plasma, and ointment using your hand. Avoid using a towel or anything that could further irritate your  skin  when cleaning  the tattoo. Pat dry using a clean towel.

Once the area is dry you can apply Ink Spot after cares. use only a very light application. There may be some peeling and light scabbing with a new tattoo. and it will probably itch. do not scratch it, instead slap it or use lotion. Make sure to protect your tattoo from the sun.
